RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we can provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If a return is authorized, we can provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels are not provided unless otherwise stated.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

REFUNDS
After review, the appropriate resolution may be determined based on the specific circumstances of the request.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
